Ooo, I always used to love getting typed letters from you! My adored typewriter is, unfortunately, in need of a new ribbon, and has been for the last 3 years. Any suggestions on how to get new ribbons for ancient machines?
hmmmm... I got a new ribbon (now this was 6 years ago) at a store in West Asheville that specialized in small machines. Maybe there is a store like that somewhere in NH? I think I took it in and they had it for a week or so, and then, voila! it had a new working ribbon! If there are none in NH you may have to take a special trip to West Asheville?
