GIVEAWAY!

In honor of my 500th blog post (!) I am having a giveaway. I will be offering a $25 gift certificate to my Etsy Store (+ free shipping) to one lucky person, and THIS awesome book to another lucky winner:(Even if you aren't lucky this time around I think you should take the time to investigate this book...there are tons of great artist interviews. And if you can find it locally instead of on amazon... well you know, it's all the better.)

I thought it would be fun to get some feedback on what you all think of the plethora of new pendants I listed in the shop. CLICK HERE to go check them out, and then leave a comment for me on this post with your feedback to be entered into my giveaway.
Tell me anything you want~ which one you like best, an additional image you would like to see, what colors are your favorite, grammatical errors, what title stood out to you, any constructive criticism...~ anything big or small to help me on my way. Of course if you are bashful you can just write "count me in", and that will do too :)

I will pick names next Friday July 30th.

p.s.~ Thank you for all of your kind comments, emails, and phone calls about Salome~ I really appreciate the time you all took to share your sympathy with me.

I love your pendants so much! I wear the one you sent me last Christmas nearly every day, and get so many compliments on it! My newest favorite is the Compass one and the Dragonfly!

I like the dragonfly too but am mostly in love with the resting hummingbird and the butterfly and the owls and.....

I thought they were an amazing idea when you first made them, an accessable, affordable way for anyone and everyone to own a small piece of your art.

Congratulations on 500 posts!!

Hi! I guess Tim and I also sorta view you as family we've never met...we keep up with you through Emma's posts and her link, but I've never commented on your blog! SO, here I am! Happy 500th! I love your black and white pics of your fam--beautiful! Also, i feel your pain in loosing Salome...our dog is getting up there in years and isn't always doing the best, and we know it could be anytime, but don't really want to face the reality of it coming.
I love your art--"The Gentle One" and "Spirals" are my favs! I love the idea of pendants. Ok, this is too wordy! Have a super week!

Hi Kelcey, Love your work and treasure the pieces I have.

Some feedback: I really like when you extend your drawing on the sides of the small mixed media. The pendants are gorgeous, I especially love the resting (often just a fleeting moment) hummingbird - just so simple and sweet. And love the barn owl in green, spiral, luna moth, flowering heart and little bird. I'll have to try one of your pendants sometime soon. Hope to be able to see you in NH and especially your little ones - so cute! Safe travels, Nancy

Friday the 30th. Erin's birthday! Time to rig the drawing!

Or you can put my name in, too. Double our chances. Maybe I should write a comment from Corbin and Eliza, too...

It's nice to see you finding so much success and community through your blog. Keep it up.

Hi Kelcey...the pendants are exquisite....your paintings in miniature! How does one choose? I supposed I'd have to say I'm most drawn to the owls...they're so beautifully painted...but also to the ones on a text background, as I'm so interested in text myself. If I could, I'd select one of each! Thanks for brightening the world with your work! Patti/MissouriBendStudio

I've always been so fond of heart images - not the typical bumpy, pointy kind, but the human heart. I love the mix of the wing'd beasts and the heart hiding amongst them.
Thanks for the constant stream of wonderful posts. I'm so happy to have discovered your blog so many months ago.
Signing off,
From Sarah in Vancouver, BC
